Tour Report

In the format DD.MM.YYY

Name of city or area where the tour took place. Please write the city name in the local language (e.g. “Genève”, not the English name “Geneva”).

Please enter both first name and family name.

IMPORTANT: You must copy the name exactly as it was given to you in the calendar event sent via email (Outlook / Google calendar). If you did not receive a calendar event in your email, then you take the name from the tour details sent to you on WhatsApp. The name must be without spelling mistakes and exactly as it was given to you. If you don’t do this correctly, your salary payout will be delayed.

For example: "Michael Jordan & his wife Christy & his son Michael" or "Michael Jordan & his wife & his son" (as much info as possible). Michael Jordan in this case was the lead traveller name that was given to you before the tour.

Please use this format to write time: 08:00 (don’t write 8 AM, 08.00, 8h). Please be as precise as possible (per minute) when you write the time. During the tour, take note of when you started the tour.

Write the amount in numbers (e.g. "20") or write "no tips" if no tips received. This will have no consequences for your salary, just for statistics and for having feedback on whether the client was happy.
